WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Lead a team of Freight Handlers, ensuring that all shipments are cleared in the quickest, most efficient manner possible
• Support the AM Warehouse Supervisor in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain all regulatory and internal policies, procedures, and practices
• Participate in investigations of disciplinary and WHS incidents/near misses/injuries and assist in preparing relevant reports
• Provide on-the-ground leadership and guidance to the team
• Taking the lead in the absence of the supervisor
• Planning, resource allocation, and delegation to achieve KPIs
• Drive our Respect and Results culture through active participation, respect, helpfulness and empathetic leadership
• This is a full-time position working 38 hours, from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
