Operations Technician I

Are you ready to be an essential part of a dynamic team? As an Operations Technician I, you’ll be at the heart of the action, playing a key role in the preparation, processing, and manufacturing of high-quality products. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and success of the entire department, ensuring that inventory levels stay on track and back orders are handled promptly. This position will be scheduled to work four 10 hour shifts, Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm.

• Drive the Process: Take charge of manufacturing and processing products in your area, ensuring that we maintain the right inventory levels and deliver on time. You’ll have the opportunity to train and guide others as your skills grow!
• Keep Things Moving: Track and manage raw materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Ensure Top Quality: Stick to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent results and quality. You’ll also monitor records and databases, spotting potential issues before they arise.
• Maintain Equipment: Keep the machinery humming by performing basic repairs and installations as needed.
• Safety First: Follow safe handling protocols for chemicals and equipment, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with your team, participating in meetings and supporting others with training and process improvements.
• Get Your Hands Dirty: You might be exposed to fumes, dust, or gases, but you’ll be well-equipped with the right protective gear!
