EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing.

• Operate, maintain & troubleshoot all production equipment associated within the department to prevent and/or accurate mechanical breakdowns.
• Set up Work Centers in a timely and organized manner, and tear down the Work Center when the Work Order is complete.
• Troubleshoot machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Train operators on set-up processes.
• Work alone or with other technicians to perform filling, labeling, and/or packaging of products.
• Align with GMP, ISO 13485 guidelines and company SOPs.
• Follow proper GDP practices.
• Take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Efficiently and safely operate machinery, check for simple maintenance as needed, and make adjustments when necessary.
• Perform line opening/line closing functions.
