We are the mining services contractor for Bravus’ Carmichael Mine and together we are creating jobs and opportunities for regional Queensland. Production is in full swing at the mine site located in the Galilee Basin and we’re excited to be building our team!
  About the role

Bring your Production Trainer skills and experience and become a part of something exciting, we are currently expanding our production team and need more trainers on site. Townsville and Rockhampton are our primary recruitment hubs, we also encourage and will consider applicants from all regional Queensland communities. You will be responsible for the training of our production staff members, working an 8/6 roster (days only) duties include:

• Providing training to new and existing operators
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
• Knowledge of Nationally Recognised Core Competency packages
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and work within teams to develop and implement solutions.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in the role, you will be an experienced Trainer in Open Cut Coal operations and possess:

• Haul truck & Multi skilled positions available
• Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or Enterprise Trainer
• RII competencies for a broad range of open cut machinery
• Standard 11 and CBM
• QLD Drivers’ Licence.
