OPERATOR I, MANUFACTURING
We are currently seeking an Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Mebane. As an Operator I, you will be responsible for operating machines to produce high-quality products, maintaining proper temperatures, machine settings, and equipment set-ups. - Prior experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Read job specifications from production records to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
- Operate machines, ensuring proper temperatures, machine settings, and equipment set-ups.
- Observe machine operation and make adjustments as necessary.
- Take samples of products and perform in-process measurements to ensure quality.
- Perform all required checks and document activities.
- Assist the set-up person in setting up the machine, emptying baskets, and preparing the machine for changeover.
- Notify the Lead Operator of any issues with equipment or product and take corrective actions.
- Assist with cleanup and other production duties as needed.
