OPERATOR I, MANUFACTURING

We are currently seeking an Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Mebane. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our world-class production operations and play a crucial role in ensuring flawless manufacturing processes. As an Operator I, you will be responsible for operating machines to produce high-quality products, maintaining proper temperatures, machine settings, and equipment set-ups. REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to closely adhere to guidelines.

• Read job specifications from production records to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Operate machines, ensuring proper temperatures, machine settings, and equipment set-ups.
• Observe machine operation and make adjustments as necessary.
• Take samples of products and perform in-process measurements to ensure quality.
• Perform all required checks and document activities.
• Assist the set-up person in setting up the machine, emptying baskets, and preparing the machine for changeover.
• Notify the Lead Operator of any issues with equipment or product and take corrective actions.
• Assist with cleanup and other production duties as needed.
