REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment
- Familiarity with aseptic technique
- Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills

Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure dry and liquid components
- Coordinate processing speed according to the daily production schedule
- Follow all written procedures and report any discrepancies to the Area Supervisor
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
- Perform all work activities in a safe and organized manner
- Listen to, follow, and relay written and verbal instructions in English
- Continuously monitor product for defects
- Efficiently and safely operate assigned machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Actively engage in making suggestions for process improvement
- Encourage an atmosphere of collaboration
