Realizar y ejecutar las labores de producción asignadas con el objetivo de contribuir con el desarrollo de los programas de producción específicamente en la cantidad, oportunidad, calidad y costo requeridos, procurando el mantenimiento del orden, la seguridad y la limpieza en los procesos realizados y generando ideas que mejoren los sistemas actuales.
Se tendrá 4 niveles de operarios:
Nivel I: Básico
Nivel II: Intermedio
Nivel III: Avanzado
Nivel IV: Experto
