Responsibilities:

As a Operator Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing manufacturing technology and realize new products and systems
  • Setting up, monitoring and operating various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements as rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, magline, plastic extruder, Operations of multiple machines at one time, could also include repair, patching or splicing cable.
  • Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing / engineering specifications and ISO requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be a good team player and a proactive self-starter that is accountable and exhibits ownership
  • Demonstrating substantial experience in turning or grinding activities
  • Be able to demonstrate ability in measuring items
  • Be a promoter of continuous improvement
  • Be able to be flexible with working patterns and shift rotations, including nights
  • Professinal profiency in Italia
