PepsiCo Foodservice is a division of PepsiCo that brings the company’s entire portfolio of food and beverage brands to market in out-of-home consumption channels to meet consumer needs at work, at play, and on the go.

Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operator Territory Manager will be responsible for driving new store activations with AB ONE San Diego, utilizing category insights, reporting, tools, and collaboration with the frontline employees and leaders. It is imperative that candidates have excellent communication and time management skills as well as strong resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, grow and develop NEW & existing accounts within your sales territory (80% NEW, 20% existing) Existing customers segments include but not limited to:


    • Liquor Stores

    • Bars/Taverns
    • Restaurants
    • Accelerate sales growth within a territory by leveraging specific products, promotions and programs designed to increase sales and profit for both customers and PepsiCo.
    • Analyze business trends and utilize insights to identify, develop and expand business growth opportunities
    • Drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
    • Work with NASMs and MDMs to prioritize and execute plans against development opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with customer leadership and frontline team, adhering to Gold Standard Work-With Protocol
    • Participate in customer team meetings, leading the plan to achieve sales objectives and goals
    • Conduct weekly route rides with customer sales reps to identify opportunities, build relationships with operators and coach performance, selling and customer service skills
    • Partner with product supply team to create accurate forecasts based on promotions and historical performance to ensure product availability
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and/ or weekends
    • Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
