Description:
This is a full time position, 37.5hrs a week, over 4 days, Monday to Friday, and the chance to work occasional Saturdays if you want to.
We are a very family orientated unit, supporting each other as the need arises.
Our shifts are 7:30-18:00, 3 days a week with a short day of 7:30-15:30, but are happy to discuss other shift options, to fit around child care.
We are able to offer a full and varied Ophthalmic Outpatient service. We have a variety of Nurse led clinics as well as offering Diagnostics and support to out Consultants, Fellows and allied Professionals within the department.
We are now looking to grow that service, with addition Clinician clinics and potentially more Nurse led clinics.

Run visual acuity and eye pressure checks.
Assist with Pre assessment, ECG’s, Blood pressure checks.
Phlebotomy
Assist with Nurse led clinics when appropriate.
