Description:
The post holder is responsible for the management of a defined caseload, namely patients requiring intravitreal injection treatment as part of a multidisciplinary eye care team within medical retina clinics. Flexibility for delivery of subspeciality clinics dependant on experience. The post holder will work to support delivery of induction, specialised training, and educational requirements for all clinical colleagues of eye care services. Supporting Eye Care Services Senior Team to ensure that staff achieve 100% compliance with any Trust mandatory training.
The post holder will also be expected to support the safe conduct of research in accordance to the regulatory and legal frameworks related to planning, undertaking and closure of clinical research studie
