Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Moorfields Eye NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking to recruit an Ophthalmic Vision Science Team Leader to manage the day to day operational service at our Hoxton Diagnostic Hub.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in ensuring patients receive quality care and receive an efficient service during any stage of their care.
The position provides an opportunity for the person to provide training and support to Band 3s at the Hoxton Diagnostic Hub to develop skills and help to embed a continuous quality improvement culture across the service.
As an OVS Team Leader we encourage you to have a delegated responsibility as part of your own personal development.
You will be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team working closely with the Senior OVS Team Leader and your colleagues ensuring an effective delivery of a quality services and compliance with national waiting time standards.
This role is suitable for anyone who is looking to develop their clinical ophthalmic skills, whilst working within an operational and leadership position.
