Job Title: Remote- Admin and Marketing Specialist – Emirati Nationals
Location: Internet City
Job Type: Full-Time- Remote

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dedicated Admin and Social Media Specialist to join our team, for Emirati Nationals. He/She will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and support in resolving inquiries, complaints, and requests. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and professionalism to foster positive relationships with clients and uphold our company’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools.
  • Provide guidance on products and services, ensuring a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges following company policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and address service gaps.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and adhere to company values and standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate Emiratis are welcome to apply.
  • Equivalent degree or education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
