DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Ops Analyst to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- To identify and respond to issues quickly and efficiently.
- To ensure accurate inbound and outbound bookings
- Re-booking of orders or loads which have missed their booking
- To perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the transportation department
- To communicate any issues, verbal and written to the co-ordinator, notifying them of any issues which may require further follow up
