YOUR MISSION IS TO MAKE OUR OPERATIONS TEAM SCALE OUR POWER-SKILLS AND COACHING TRAININGS THROUGH STRUCTURE, AUTOMATIONS, WORKFLOWS AND EXCELLENT EXECUTION.

You will join the Operations Team reporting to the VP Operations.
With Paradox, it’s the opportunity to work in an environment that is obsessed with automations and taking advantage of digital solutions!
To do so, here are your 4 main responsibilities :

2 - LEAD AND MANAGE OUR TEAM OF EXPERT TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TO OUR HEROES.

  • Source, Hire and train our trainers and product experts, all passionate about human psychology to develop training, respecting Paradox methodology, pedagogy, and scientific expertise.
  • Lead and manage our product experts and trainers dedicated to the development and delivery of our power-skills and coaching programs to ensure the best customer experience possible.
  • Nurture and grow our pool of experts to maintain a strong level of engagement, expertise and excellence of delivery.
