THE ROLE…

We are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic optical assistant to match the ambition of this young, dynamic company and someone keen to put their stamp on this valuable role.
Prior experience in the optical sector is a requirement. Equally, a keen interest in sport and fashion is definitely going to help – it is what we do after all! An enthusiasm for technology is also going to be a bonus.
We pride ourselves on offering excellent customer service and advice, so an individual with a confident, outgoing persona is essential in dealing with telephone & sales enquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES…

• Offering optical and style advice
• Dealing with customer telephone and email enquiries with a friendly, positive attitude
• Face to face dispensing in our showroom
• Order management and administration
• Assisting with returns and warranties
• Ordering, fitting and checking lenses
• Assistance with website maintenance/updates (uploading product images and descriptions)
