Why We Need You:
Our clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist
You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to our patients. As our newest Patient Service Specialist you will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up care. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
This position is a part-time, permanent position working up to 29 hours per week Monday to Friday.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
  • Checking patients both in and out of the office
  • Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Billing the patient, their medical service provider and other third parties
  • Administering pre-testing services
  • Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

What Do You Bring?

  • Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
