We are seeking an Optics Lab Engineer in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build complex, high precision optical-mechanical sub-assemblies, then integrate these into higher level systems and maintain them
- Trouble shoot as well as conduct failure analysis of optical/opto-mechanical systems to improve process and design
- Perform alignment, integration and testing of prototype and proof of concept systems, involving lasers, optics, fibers, RF, electronics, software, and optical-mechanical sub-assemblies
- You will be expected to analyze data to draw conclusions
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Scientists to deliver state-of-the-art optics solution
