We’re currently seeking an Optimisation and Improvement Consultant to join our team at AXA Health and play a key role in delivering Systems Thinking Interventions. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with specific business units to drive improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with our strategic goals. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells or Leeds office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

• Align optimisation strategies with strategic goals and collaborate with senior management.
• Develop long-term optimisation strategies driving innovation and advantages in the business.
• Partner with business functions to identify opportunities, implement enhancements, and ensure effective resource utilisation.
• Guide interventions to identify areas for improvement across business functions.
• Analyse and redesign existing processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
• Utilise data analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for informed actions.
• Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of optimisation efforts.
• Oversee change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process improvements and optimisation initiatives.
