Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in.
- Efficient Patient Care: Handle patient check-ins and check-outs smoothly, manage appointment scheduling, and address phone inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Insurance & Payments: Accurately verify insurance information, collect co-payments, and assist with billing inquiries.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise electronic medical records to support quality patient care and efficient operations.
- Administrative Support: Provide crucial administrative assistance to our skilled medical staff, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a medical office, optical, or retail setting is preferred, with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care practices, and insurance billing is a bonus.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life, creating a positive and harmonious workplace.
