We are an established optometry practice with over 40 years in the local community. Our full service clinic has diagnostics as well as an on-site edging lab, a great selection of frames, as well as a large contact lens fitting area.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Comes to work with a positive professional attitude.
  • Can provide excellent customer service to our patients.
  • Will process patient orders efficiently and accurately.
  • And has great communication skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reception duties: Scheduling appointments, confirming patient eligibility, answering and directing calls, preliminary screening tests
  • Completing diagnostic exams using our state-of-the-art equipment: OCTs, visual fields, fundus photography, dry eye imaging and biometry. Training will be provided but experience is an asset.
  • Ophthalmology/specialist referrals – scan, upload, track
  • Bill 3rd party, and or insurance companies for payments
  • Daily record keeping
  • Financial Duties; A/R, Cash, Debit, Credit Payments
  • Provide excellent customer service
