Position Overview:
The Optometrist role is very important to our promise of exceptional eye care service: in this role, you are responsible for providing professional and accurate refractions while educating clients on the Spectacle brand and the products and services we offer.
The Optometrist has a considerable amount of responsibility and autonomy in what is often a fast paced and performance-driven environment. This multi-faceted position is comprised of many key functions in driving company results.

The successful candidate will have qualities of a team player, is able to work in a fast paced environment with great customer service skills, and is an excellent communicator.
You must be a Licensed Optometrist in the Province of Ontario, Canada, to apply for this position.
What you’ll do:
Provide accurate refractions in a professional manner
Be detail oriented in recording measurements and record keeping
Articulate eyewear and prescription details, lens options and terminology to customers
Act as a representative for our brand to help educate clients on Spectacle products and services
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge in describing features and benefits of various products and services we provide
Innovate and share best practices for sales and customer service
Work effectively in a customer focused environment with walk-in and scheduled customer appointments
