Responsibilities:

As our new Optus Events Client Manager you will lead the briefing and planning for strategic face-to-face event planning & execution. This will include oversight and management of experiential events, business events and Local Area Marketing initiatives across Australia.

  • End to End Management of a calendar of face-to-face events.
  • Fostering relationships with local client stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of Sales Brand Ambassadors to increase sales and conversion.
  • Training and Development of Sales Brand Ambassadors.
  • Managing and reviewing all Resource Allocation.
  • Review of all activity in collaboration with Account Director.
  • Monitor, track and trend KPI’s and develop strategies for program improvement.
  • Conduct Team WIP’s, 1 on 1 coaching and following up on infield escalations.
