JOB DESCRIPTION

HealthPartners is currently hiring for an Oracle Cloud ERP Analyst and Developer. This position ensures that the appropriate analysis, requirements gathering, and technical requirements are documented for application changes. It’s responsible for documenting, coding, and assessing the integration of application changes within HealthPartners application architecture. This role also functions as a mentor to developers and analysts, provides system development and implementation process guidance, and serves as an application resource for IT Business Partners and other IT groups.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience/training
  • 3+ years of technical experience supporting, maintaining, and developing in Oracle Cloud ERP
  • 3+ years IT analysis, technical design experience, coding, testing, and implementing program changes.
  • 3+ years utilizing SQL, data migration patterns (file and service based).
  • Oracle Cloud ERP integration using OIC and BIP, REST API and SOAP.
  • Understanding of Oracle BI Publisher reports and Data Models using Oracle PL/SQL queries
  • Experience utilizing SoapUI, XML and JSON.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good understanding of system infrastructure and ability to understand integration of a proposed change into the current infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver output on those requirements.
  • Ability to provide technical support for vended applications owned by the team.
  • Develop and unit test technical components as per development standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical vernacular
  • Excellent technical writing abilities and documenting
  • Project leadership experience on midsized projects
  • Expertise with more than one system development methodology
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to be on-call 24X7 in areas of expertise.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years healthcare/ health plan IT experience
  • Functional experience in the any of the HCM, ERP, and SCM business areas.
  • For HCM additional skills like HCM Extract, Redwood, Fast Formulas, AutoComplete Rules, Sandbox Tools.
  • Other skills like FDI, ESS job management, Visual Builder Studio (Oracle JET), OCI, Oracle ERP Security, ATP/ADW

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assesses, designs, builds, and deploys software and new application functionality within Oracle ERP.
  • Performs unit testing and directs and partners in system and end-user test planning and testing.
  • Analyzes functional and technical requirements for changes or enhancements and prepares system designs and specifications.
  • Diagnoses system failures, corrects issues, and assesses the issue to recommend actions to prevent re-occurrence of the problem.
  • Defines technical specifications based on business requirements, consults with Business Partners regarding technical possibilities and limitations.
  • Assists IT’s Business Partners with clarifying and prioritizing Defects and Enhancements.
  • Identifies the need for and recommends standard processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provides training, professional support and mentoring to Application Developers and other Analysts.
  • Supports Oracle ERP upgrade schedules (Legislative, Quarterly, CWB).
