JOB DESCRIPTION :

Applying a senior working level of knowledge in a professional/technical field related Procurement Services (Coupa), following the organization’s operating procedures:Provide Procurement Services (Coupa) expertise and technical knowledgeThorough understanding of skills and responsibilities needed for ownership of software in a large financial institutionPrevious experience in adhering to audit/compliance requirements for software in a financial institutionAnswer queries and resolve issues related to Procurement Services (Coupa) and escalate or close tickets as necessary.Build out requirement taxonomy and mapping to technology solution for Corporate Procurement ServicesIndependently conducts moderately complex routine operations and maintenance support activitiesAssesses and responds to moderately complex customer requests against organization operating policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines and makes recommendationsProvides functional guidance to team members of a more complex natureParticipate user acceptance testing of new application implementation releasesDetermines root cause of issuesDevises course(s) of action that may fall outside of procedural and policy guidelines and standards and makes recommendationsMaintains working relationships with key customers, clients, suppliers and contractors in more complex situationsDevelops action plans to address technical and competency gapsProvides functional guidance to more junior team members on more complex issues if requiredWork with various teams to maintain and troubleshoot integrations for several applications4+ years of procurement application support experience using CoupaExperience in leading a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience of understanding, maintaining, and supporting integration requirements for multiple applicationsExperienced in carrying out formal testing procedures that are a requirement for vendor upgradesExperience at a basic level for PeopleSoft is desirableExperience in being a vital resource in large-scale projects that require data migration/transformation or onboardingsThorough understanding end-to-end Source-to-Pay process.Technical working knowledge of understanding cXML, HTML, JSON APIs, SFTP, SSO, SQL formatted filesYou have strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative nature, and the ability to work in a team environmentYou have strong computer skills including MS Office as well as the ability to learn software quicklyExperienced application production support; must be good at troubleshooting technical and any production issuesProven to be a self-starter, someone who’s able to be resourceful at learning and absorbing technical knowledge on their own.
