Description:
Overview: Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud Finance Lead Consultant with implementation experience for manufacturing clients in Mexico. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions in the Oracle Financials area based on customer’s requirements. The candidate must be able to drive the Finance track in ongoing implementation, do the fit-gap analysis and provide solutions to the gaps along with being well versed on data extraction, migration processes, interface design and implementation life cycle of Oracle ERP Implementation. Experience with Mexico localizations in Oracle Fusion is a must.
Required Qualifications: Candidate must be based in Mexico and fluent in English and Spanish languages. This position requires a US Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or related field. Information Technology experience or relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Must be a subject matter expert with implementation experience in Oracle Financials (General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Mexico tax and localizations). 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Implementation including 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Implementation with at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation experience. Must have testing and deployment experience of custom solutions for Oracle Financials. Should be able to meet the following criteria:
- Understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions / enhancements
- Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
- Facilitate Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
- Lead Super User training and support other training related activities
- Coordinate with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes
- Support Data Conversions for Financial data elements
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge on Best Practices followed in Global Manufacturing Industries and able to provide guidance/suggestions to the client.
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, or face to face.
