Role: Oracle Cloud Financials/GL Optimization Consultant
Location: Remote - MUST reside in the United States and have hand on Oracle Cloud support/implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Financials
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Oracle Cloud Financials/GL Optimization Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients. You will address client objectives with your cloud knowledge and business acumen while providing consulting services to help them optimize their Oracle Cloud solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and highly skilled team and gain exposure to our status as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will be part of a team empowered to innovate and bring new ideas to the table while leveraging our proven methodologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud Financials/GL ERP Functional support items, post go-live
- Provide work effort coordination between remote and onsite personnel utilizing regularly scheduled conference calls, web sessions, and meetings as required
- Maintain an effective relationship with the client, team members, and management
- Effectively manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments
- Follow through on all assignments and take ownership of client issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of Oracle Cloud Financials ERP Support and 1 year of Oracle Cloud Cloud Financials/GL ERP end to end implementation experience
- Functional Oracle Cloud knowledge is required in following Financial modules:
- General Ledger, Budgetary Control, Accounts Payable
- Functional Oracle Cloud knowledge is preferred in following ERP modules:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Procurement
- Public sector experience
- Working knowledge of the full application lifecycle
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with the technical team and end users
- Communicate clearly and effectively with client, Sierra-Cedar team members, and management
- Provide input in the development of tools and processes to help increase team productivity
- Take initiative and works independently
- Display effective analytical and organizational skills
- Seek innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions that exceed the client’s expectationsBachelor’s degree required
