YOUR ROLE

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions. Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with clients to understand client business needs.
• Configure Oracle Payroll Cloud modules and support configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Oracle Payroll Cloud solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Payroll Cloud applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify, pursue, and support new business opportunities and develop tailored Payroll Cloud solutions for prospective clients.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development. Assist in the creation of bid responses, solution proposals, and other sales collateral.
