Description:

Lux-Advisory is a company specialized in IT Services and Finance. Our consultants take part in European or International projects.
To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for a Cost Center Implementation Consultant.

SKILLS

Technical skills:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance and IT, with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in similar assignments. Deep knowledge of accounting and cost centers, ideally in

financial institutions, capital markets, or banking

  • Relevant knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials or similar ERP, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),

Cash Management (CM), Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Budget Tools

  • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis
  • Ability to design and generate detailed financial reports using cost center data
  • Proven experience in delivering projects, through the full life cycle, including project planning, execution, and

monitoring

  • Experience in providing reporting at a senior management level
  • Effective capability of creating user manuals and training documentation
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing change management strategies
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in providing clear and concise reporting at a senior management level
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Soft skills:

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently and effectively with colleagues
  • Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders as well as external parties providing support on Oracle

Fusion

  • Experience in managing stakeholders’ expectations and requirements
  • Experience in fostering a positive organizational culture during transitions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations with different stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition of the TO BE process and solution for the implementation of the Cost Center structure
  • Lead the delivery of the project charter, which includes the implementation scope and related planning and milestones
  • Elicit and gather business requirements coming from the Finance and Control team and other stakeholders involved fo
