Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- At least 2 full implementations experience as a techno-functional consultant in relevant Oracle HCM EBS R12 modules with respect to implementation/upgrade/Support projects.
- Good hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Payroll & PMS, OTL modules.
- Knowledge of ERP HRMS table structures
- Must have hands-on Payroll Fast Formulas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments while meeting project timelines and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Experience in documenting the requirement documents, business process workflows, data requirement documents, technical documents
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have worked in an Onsite-Offshore working model.
- Should be well versed with Co-Existence integration between Fusion HCM & EBS HRMS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree.
- Candidate willing to work in Oman
- Must have Oracle EBS HRMS experience in a minimum of 5 years.
