SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience in supporting end users with day-to-day issues and queries. (R)
  • Extensive expertise in the Procure-to-Pay cycle. (R)
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Project Management modules is a plus. (D)
  • Proven experience in enhancing or implementing Financials & Advanced Procurement modules. (R)
  • Strong functional and accounting understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Expenses is essential. (R)
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and Advanced Procurement. (R)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud’s embedded reporting technologies, including OTBI (oracle transactional business intelligence) and bi publisher, is advantageous. (D)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (R)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (R)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Chartered accountant or graduate with an accounting degree (R)
  • Oracle Certified Professional (D)

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of working experience (R)Minimum of 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically in financials & procurement modules. (R)

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead or participate in the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Financials and Advanced Procurement modules, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.
  • Provide effective support for enterprise business processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on Financials, Project Costing and Procurement, to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite functional and technical teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Assist end users by addressing day-to-day issues and queries related to oracle fusion financials and procurement modules, ensuring prompt resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Configure and enhance processes within Oracle Fusion Applications based on business needs and best practices.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation related to Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement implementations, including Configuration Option Documents, Demo presentations, Test Scripts and User Guides.
  • Prepare and upload Master and Opening data related to ongoing implementations.
  • Provide end user trainings for existing processes and new implementations.
