ABOUT THE JOB YOU’RE CONSIDERING

As part of Capgemini’s Oracle Retail Consulting team, your primary role would be to assist the Oracle Retail Team and get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, and design innovative solutions using your architectural knowledge.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• You must have a strong understanding of Oracle Retail architecture and technical background on Oracle Retail MOM suite, with recent experience as a Solution Architect or similar
• You must have experience in development/ support in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell script, Oracle Forms, and ADF (optional)
• You must have experience in Oracle Retail of v16 to v25 and production support experience in a minimum of two of the following modules—RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM /SIM
• You must have Oracle RMS implementation project experience

• You will actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers
• You may lead the architectural team to design innovative solutions which drive business benefit using base functionality
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with the organization’s financial guidelines
