ORACLE SECURITY ANALYST

We are a US company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20 countries around the world. Our core services include near-shore BPO, managed IT services, ERP & CRM solutions, and software outsourcing across various industries.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle Security Analyst to become a valuable addition to one of our US clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security data management and information security risk.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Security, Business Continuity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security data management.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as OBIEE, data manipulation, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of risk management disciplines, including information security, IT risk, vendor risk, and operational risk.
- In-depth knowledge of security policies and information systems.
- Ability to analyze and report security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Innovative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and geographies.
- Experience participating in security audits and driving operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that access requests are well-documented, understood, and escalated to management when necessary.
- Regularly audit system access to ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
- Ensure compliance with security guidelines among employees and escalate non-compliance issues as required.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, assets, facilities, and regulatory requirements to effectively manage security risks.
- Conduct continuous monitoring and periodic updates to security program materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare for and participate in both internal and external security audits.
- Analyze security incidents and perform root cause analysis to mitigate future risks.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere and maintain effective working relationships across different teams and regions.
