• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information, and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.

Initial training will be Provided
