REQUIREMENTS:

  • Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • 4 additional GCSE’s
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a busy office/dynamic team
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Upon receipt of a product order from local authority/ Trade partner, match the quote from the Handicare Surveyor to the order received
  • Accurately & speedily process orders by entering the data from the Surveyors quote into CRM
  • Using knowledge of the possible Handicare product configurations to check the order for anomalies prior to entering the queue for production
  • Liaise with Trade Partners/Local Authority/ Surveyor/ Salesperson to ensure the orders processed are right first time
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Applications Team, Scheduling, Customer Care to resolve queries related to the order process
  • Work on CRM queues to sign off drawings to be issued to production
  • Allocating survey requests to surveyors
  • Processing VAT forms
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Chasing queries on orders
  • Supporting TPS Team as & when required
  • Investigate & raising corrective actions
  • Maintaining focus on the key measures
  • Maintaining relationships both externally and internally & share best practice
