About the Role
As an Order Entry Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our partnerships by efficiently managing various operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include updating and managing price files, providing entry-level customer response for presales requests including pricing, services and/or deal registrations in support of our vendors.
What You’ll Do
- Regularly update price files to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information.
- Maintain a systematic approach to organizing and managing price files to facilitate ease of access and retrieval
- Ensure agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and specific partner needs.
- Generate timely and accurate quotes for partners based on their specific requirements and pricing guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with partners to address any queries or concerns related to the quotes.
- Familiarize yourself with the quoting requirements of various vendors and suppliers.
- Stay updated on changes in vendor quoting policies and effectively incorporate them into the quoting process.
- Collaborate closely with the vendor teams to understand their vision, priorities, and goals
- Execute tasks and projects from vendor teams while maintaining clear and effective communication.
What We’re Looking For
- +1 year experience in order entry, pricing, quotation - preferable
- English proficient (B2+ or above) - both written and verbal
- Associate’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
- High School diploma required.
- Proficient in executing instructions and requesting clarification.
- Basic data entry and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adjust to change and adapt as needed.
- Comfortable working under stress and pressure.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Quick learner with proficiency in technology.
- Basic level computer skills.
- May be required to work shifts based on business needs.
- Professional, office environment; remote work possible.
