Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders from customers, Sales & Hospital Teams
  • Standing order management
  • To prioritise and process;
  • Field Force orders via Salesforce.com
  • Maintain standing orders programme in line with contracts for sales regions.
  • Release standing orders
  • Business to Business Orders.
  • Credit/Debit card orders.
  • Direct to Consumer orders.
  • Webinar orders.
  • Processing of debits and credits from the tracker
  • Answer order entry helpline, take orders and handle enquiries.
  • Create and maintain customer master data.
  • Maintain accuracy and security of customer information and NHS data on the database.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and programmes provided.
  • Answer & respond to queries & requests from MEDUK
