Order Entry Clerk

at  Westform Metals

The order entry clerk duties include answering phone calls, entering orders, and general customer service inquiries. The candidate will be required to learn information pertaining to the application and distribution of metal roofing, siding, and accessories.
This role is heavily focused on data entry, experience typing quickly and accurately is an asset. Our busy season occurs between May - November and overtime may be available during these months.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient typing speed and accuracy
- Customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (we are not transit accessible)
- Fluent in English
