Description:

The Red Hat Order To Invoice team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is looking for an Order to Invoice Specialist to join us in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you’ll act as the final checkpoint for all sales orders ensuring that information is processed accurately. Come prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with culturally and geographically diverse colleagues and customers.

What will you do:

  • Manage queue and review and book orders submitted by customers
  • Complete bookings under deadline pressure
  • Verify that invoices and orders are accurate
  • Distribute invoices to customers
  • Respond to queries from the sales team and customers relating to orders and invoices
  • Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team’s overall objectives
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes
  • Complete other ad hoc duties as needed by management

What will you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Oracle and

    Salesforce.com

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and flexible
  • Ability to create solid working relationships with a diverse set of colleagues and customers
