QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or Master`s degree in engineering
• Proven experience in the project management
• Professional experience in the field of sealing technology is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Reliability and professional appearance especially towards customers
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High “hands-on” mentality, proactive and independent way of working
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel

• Project lead during order execution and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Securing overall project performance especially technical excellence and on time delivery
• Technical responsibility from order entry to delivery towards customer
• Track and pursue technical, commercial and lead time deviations on orders towards sales and customer
• Identify process improvement opportunities within engineering and operations
• Coordination with sales, production and procurement to optimize delivery times
• Professional project management within the organization and towards customer
