QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Master`s degree in engineering
- Proven experience in the project management
- Professional experience in the field of sealing technology is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
- Reliability and professional appearance especially towards customers
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- High “hands-on” mentality, proactive and independent way of working
- Business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel

Responsibilities:
- Project lead during order execution and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Securing overall project performance especially technical excellence and on time delivery
- Technical responsibility from order entry to delivery towards customer
- Track and pursue technical, commercial and lead time deviations on orders towards sales and customer
- Identify process improvement opportunities within engineering and operations
- Coordination with sales, production and procurement to optimize delivery times
- Professional project management within the organization and towards customer
