THE ROLE:

The Travel Retail Order Executive is responsible for the coordination and execution of any incoming customer orders for its allocated geographic scope. Closely related to its Area Director, the Travel Retail Order Executive is the guardian of the order management end to end process: from Customer PO reception, validation, and placement with Regional Supply Chain, to managing post-shipment claims.
The Travel Retail Order Executive continuously has in mind a greater sales fulfilment optimization objective, therefore continuously optimizing shipping window and fair allocation strategy, both with retailers and Area Directors, while maintaining an on-going dialogue with demand and supply team to achieve objective.
Ultimately, the Travel Retail Order Executive is the Clarins Group ambassador for any orders related matter and first point of contact person for our buyers community across the region.
