Description:
The Order Fulfillment Administrator is responsible for processing intercompany orders with Cluj factory received from other Emerson Rosemount locations. This role involves maintaining an active, open, and transparent communication both internally and externally to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office.Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP systems is a plus.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Accurately enter and launch customer orders in the ERP system within the specified timeframe, following established procedures for managing a specific client portfolio.
- Generate and send order confirmations to clients.
- Properly manage data in the system to ensure the accuracy of performance indicator reporting.
- Ensure compliance with international trade agreements and delegation of authority for each order.
- Confirm order entries and regularly check for missing confirmations and delayed orders, expediting the process as needed.
- Record the delivery of orders to internal clients in the system.
- Maintain communication with our manufacturing plant to ensure that all ordered goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantity.
- Stay in contact with the sales team and provide updates on any delays or issues that arise.
- Provide specifications regarding documentation to the documentation department and ensure that the documentation is sent promptly and accurately.
- Periodically send reports on order status to the collaborating sales offices.
- Update the database and information regarding each order for which you are responsible.
- Clarify discrepancies related to client invoices.
- Create client addresses in the ERP system, as well as codes for purchased products.
- Manage requests received from internal clients for modifying or canceling orders.Actively seek ways to improve the current process and, if necessary, collaborate with other involved internal departments.
