PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Knowledge of ERP systems;
• English language at a professional level is mandatory.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Ensuring the on-time and complete entering of orders in the ERP system
• Checking trade compliance issues for each order and generating order acknowledgements
• Making sure items are delivered on-time and complete
• Keeping a close contact with the sales team and applicable customers about the status of the order
• Handing over documentation requirements to the Documentation Control team and ensuring the documentation is delivered complete and on-time
• Conducting data management activities using the ERP and maintain accurate and updated order logs

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• University degree;
• Minimum one year experience in an administrative role;
• Proficient English (spoken and written);
• PC skills: MS Office.
