Order Fulfillment and Materials Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment and Materials Specialist to our Helsinki Vallila office. In this role, you will support Frankfurt distribution center order fulfillment, and its Make to Stock model materials planning and inventory. We have hybrid working model in the office (3 days at site / 2 days remotely).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s or other suitable graduate in the field of Logistics, Economics or from suitable field of Engineering
• Strong knowledge of GEHC Manufacturing and International zone supply chain processes and operations
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
• Some experience from customer service
• Systems and tools proficiency (MS-Office, Excel, ERP system, iStock, Tableau and other data sources)
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent co-operation and networking skills
• Preferably previous experience from the LEAN practices and tools

• Order fulfillment: order lines reservations and pick-releases in ERP system
• Order statuses communication by MyOrders system, and email (global stakeholders)
• Co-operation with external service provider within problem solving tasks
• Co-operation with International Operation Management teams
• Planning and fulfillment team daily and weekly standard work
• ERP planning & purchasing parameters maintenance for the defined item codes
• Supplier purchase order releases
• Supplier open purchase orders’ status monitoring and communication to internal stakeholders
• Co-operation with warehouse service provider about the supplier orders receiving and inventory related topics
• Inventory maintenance tasks together with warehouse team
