JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in finance;
- Experience of 1 or more years in sales or office administration or accounting;
- Fluent written & spoken English (upper-intermediate (B2) or higher);
- Other foreign languages as a plus;
- Excellent business correspondence skills;
- Advanced PC user (email, internet, MS Office: Word, Excel);
- Experience with Salesforce as a plus;
- Attention to details, accountability, quick learner, punctuality, analytical mindset.
- Ready to work for EMEA schedule from 11am till 8pm
Responsibilities:
- Order processing, invoicing;
- Incoming/outgoing mail processing;
- Payments monitoring;
- Data verification;
- Performing control procedures on agreements, orders and service contracts to ensure correctness and completeness of data in CRM system
- Processing of quarterly/yearly subscription and royalty contracts, calculation of over usage fees;
- Assistance to sales and marketing stuff;
- Assistance to finance department with accounting procedures.
