We are seeking a structured, detail-oriented and service-minded individual to handle administrative tasks for incoming orders, admin, and invoicing. Your role will be crucial in supporting the journey from global sales to delivered solutions.

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic performance.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Be sociable, service-oriented, and enjoy helping other teams at Sectra to ensure we meet our commitments and keep customer satisfaction high.
Work methodically and pay close attention to detail.
Adhere to established procedures to minimize errors and ensure high quality, while also documenting any enhancements.
Have the drive to improve the efficiency of your daily work and can take your own initiative and go the extra mile if needed.

Responsibilities:

Registering incoming orders from Sectra’s Country Organizations and Partners.
Sending reports and renewing agreements.
Third party ordering.
Supporting Sales, Finance, Partners, and Product Management.
Assisting colleagues with order and license requests.
Be an expert user of Sectra’s sales tool (Microsoft Dynamics CE, CRM) and business tool (Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, ERP).
