Inviting applications for the role of Order Management – Senior Process Associate -Swedish– Remote EMEA
As part of a dynamic team, the Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing orders in a timely manner and in line with a standardized and high performing servicing process.

DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS INVOLVING SEVERAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES THAT INCLUDE PROCESSING ORDERS AND SCREENING ACTIVITIES:

  • Ensures all orders are performed with minimum of errors.
  • Ensures all orders are completed on a timely manner.
  • Ensures all orders are processed with minimum input from other stakeholders.
  • Checks customer type and assigns it to correct queue.
  • Monitors order execution, follow-up on delayed shipments.
  • Resolves order and shipment related issues and blocks.
  • Participates in training organization and delivery.
  • Works in line with defined departmental goals, procedures, and other instructions.
  • Works efficiently to reach department objectives.

MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED.
