We are now looking for an Order Management Specialist, German Speaker to join our Order Management DACH team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

  • Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
  • Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders
  • Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
  • Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering
  • Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
  • Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
  • Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
  • Support continuous improvement of work processes
  • Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes

Who you are

  • You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
  • You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Other European languages will be considered an asset
  • You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • You are a team-oriented person and good networker
  • You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
  • You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
