Inviting applications for the role of Order Management Specialist – Senior Process Associate - Spanish – Remote Poland
As part of a dynamic team, the Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing orders in a timely manner and in line with a standardized and high performing servicing process.
Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional level of service to our customers involving several key responsibilities that include processing orders and screening activities:
- Ensures all orders are performed with minimum of errors.
- Ensures all orders are completed on a timely manner.
- Ensures all orders are processed with minimum input from other stakeholders.
- Checks customer type and assigns it to correct queue.
- Monitors order execution, follow-up on delayed shipments.
- Resolves order and shipment related issues and blocks.
- Participates in training organization and delivery.
- Works in line with defined departmental goals, procedures, and other instructions.
- Works efficiently to reach department objectives.
Shall follow the guidelines established either in local or in corporate QMS documents, including abiding the responsibilities of the granted role(s). Can participate in creating quality documents according to the requirements described in Quality Management System documentation, if needed.
May perform other duties as required.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Is able to express him(her)self fluently in English (verbal and writing skills).
- Intermediate or basic knowledge of Spanish language matching market needs.
- General computer skills (feels comfortable with computers).
- Knowledge of office applications: Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook.
- Handles large volumes of work efficiently.
- Detail oriented.
- Acts timely and appropriately on issues.
- Can work with a minimum of errors.
- Continues to perform effectively and efficiently despite time pressure and/or large volumes of work.
