Job Posting Description
As an Order Management Specialist, you act as the first point of contact for our customers and manage orders for Health System products. In our Philips Health Systems - Sleep and Respiratory portfolio, you can find devices which support breathing and monitor sleep.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking care of end to end ordering process
  • Managing orders (checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking, etc)
  • Cooperating with other departments (account managers, project managers, product managers) related to sales processes
  • Providing support, preparing offers and orders with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the team
  • Using SAP
  • Participation in relevant events (training, strategy meetings)
